Job Position 1 – Accountant

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: B.A. degree in Accounting or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience: 2 years of experience.

Job Position 2– Executive Secretary

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience: 4 years of work experience as secretary.

Job Position 3– Facility Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree in Management or related or.
Experience:  1 years of experience.
The purpose of the Facility Officer position is to plan, organize, coordinate and control the activities of the general services. S/he ensures that all facility and support services are provided to different work units of the Institution.

Job Position 4 – Senior Risk Management Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:B.A. degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience:  6 years of relevant experience.

Technical and other Skills
Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully implement the Institution’s Strategic Plan;
Interest free banking and basic Sheriah knowledge
Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
Good conceptual understanding of participatory approach and sustainable development;
Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
Basic computer skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Position 5– General Accounts Senior Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:B.A. degree in Accounting or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience: 6 years of relevant experience preferably in Microfinance or bank.

Job Position 6 – Director, Microfinance Operation

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/MSc. or B.A. degree in, Economics, Management, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience: 7/8 years of experience, out of which 4 years in managerial position, preferably in MFI.

Technical and Other Skills:

Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully implement the Institution’s Strategic Plan;
Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgement, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
