Position: Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing long-term recruitment strategies and offers focus on the corporate‘s worker vision by means of cultivating and maintaining sturdy relationships with a various pool of candidates by means of varied channels, developing a powerful community of expertise through social networks, group constructing and on-going relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad vary of positions within an organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, all human resources items, and business leaders to ascertain an employer model id.
  • Manage the company’s profiles on LinkedIn, and other talent-related web sites.
  • Build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels reminiscent of Facebook and Telegram.
  • Work with marketing to develop advertisement supplies, reminiscent of flyers, digital media, and promotional products.
  • Build and maintain optimistic relationships with exterior companies, colleges, vendors, associations, and different our bodies who may route talent to the group or help in Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Perform analysis to evaluate the final wants and opinions of skills.
  • Draft and utilize templates for TA communications, reminiscent of software received messages, knockout notices, interview requests, and rejection emails by liaising with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Officers.

  • BA in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Marketing or any related fields.


  • At least 6 years {of professional} experience in a related discipline
